Background: This rare old vine hillside Pinot Gris from the Willamette Valley is blended from three vineyard plots to create a Pinot Gris of incredible complexity and flavor. This is the first harvest of Pinot Grigio grapes from the vineyards of Revana Estate in two appellations - Stone Ridge and Bella Vida.Grapes from each vineyard plot are whole-bunch pressed and fermented in small batches, then aged in separate vessels, resulting in layers of texture and complexity.
Tasting Notes：It has a light fruity aroma of figs and apples, with a hint of baking and nuts. After taking a sip, the aroma of melon and citrus hits your nose. The taste is rich and mellow, and the aftertaste is long and soft. It is a rare Pinot Grigio wine.
