Background: "Signature" is a series of carefully selected oak barrels that tell the story of these wines through the perspective of two exquisite vineyards. Nine barrels were carefully selected for 2022 to showcase the refinement and maturity of the Alexana Estate Vineyard, and a further six barrels were carefully selected to complement the distinct mineral characteristics of the Gran Moraine Vineyard.The frost in April 2022 posed significant challenges to the Chardonnay vines, and in order to produce the unique concentration and depth of Chardonnay wine, the winery extended the barrel aging time of the wine by five months.
Tasting Notes：A charming aroma with rich complexity, with fresh aromas of pear, apple and grapefruit, accompanied by the rounded cream and spice flavors brought by oak barrels. The acidity is elegant and comfortable, and the aroma of bitter orange and almond spreads in the aftertaste. The perfect balance reminds people of Burgundy white wine.
