Background: Amarone Cavolo's meticulous grape selection and rigorous drying process are crucial to this wine. Vinification begins after approximately 120 days of drying, transferring all the precious elements from the grape skins into the wine. Amarone Cavolo follows traditional vinification methods and finally ages the wine in large-capacity barrels.
Tasting Notes: Garnet red in color, it offers aromas of jam, sour cherry, berry, and vanilla, accompanied by a firm, rich aroma of dried fruit. Excellent structure, with rich complexity yet elegance and silky tannins.
