Background: Amaeone is made from air-dried grapes. After harvesting, the grapes will be put into warehouses for about four months of air-drying. During this period, careful inspection is required to prevent the grapes from getting moldy and deteriorating. After the air-drying process is completed, the weight of the grapes is reduced by approximately 40%. Due to the high sugar content of dried grapes, the alcohol content of wine after brewing often reaches 15% ABV or above (the legal requirement is ABV 14%). In addition, air-dried grapes also provide a richer flavor. Coupled with long-term fermentation and barrel aging, you can imagine that Amarone will be a rich-bodied wine with high aging potential.


Tasting Notes:It has rich and complex aromas of black currant, cranberry, cocoa, etc. The aroma of dry spices and dried fruits is warm and charming. The wine is full-bodied, delicate in taste, and has a long finish that makes people want to keep thinking about it. Pairs well with grilled meats, game meats and aged cheeses.
