Winemaking:After harvesting, the grapes are fermented and the fermentation is performed in steel tanks for a period of 12-14 days, at a controlled temperature of 26-28 ° C. Tasting Notes:This wine is deep purple/red in colour. It is fruity and spicy on the nose showing aromas of fresh red fruits especially cherries with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied, well balanced with juicy fruit notes, soft tannins and a long, lingering finish.
