Winemaking:The harvest began around early October, the grapes were pressed and de-stemmed. The fermentation took place in concrete vats for about two weeks with the hat emerged with manual pumping over. Aging begins in large French Limousine oak barrels, after about 20 months it is bottled and left to rest before being put on the market.
Tasting Notes:Ruby red color with garnet reflections, complex and broad aroma with hints of violet, jam, nutmeg and undergrowth, full and velvety aroma, with a good balance.
