Winemaking：Traditional vinification with maceration of about twenty-four hours on the skins before separation carried out with soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel barrels at controlled temperatures; then the wine is clarified and cold stabilized before being bottled.

Tasting Notes：Straw yellow color, the nose is fresh with delicate herbaceous aromas, on the palate it is fresh with good flavor. The light bitter final note is typical of the grape.
