Background: The color of the rosé comes from the skins of black grapes, which are pressed with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. The skin is briefly soaked at low temperature to develop its distinctive pink and berry aroma.
The tannins of wine come from the skins of the grapes. The rosé champagne has a heavier tannin due to the short skin bubbles, and the overall flavor is richer and brighter than that of champagne.
Unrestrained and lively aromas of berries and peach bring some interesting layers and changes to pink champagne, so it is very popular with women and can be paired with more different types of meals.
Tasting Notes: Intense flavours of ripe raspberries and peaches, combined with candied citrus flavours, finish with juicy and pleasant acidity. Very balanced and approachable, the bubbles are delicate and elegant.
