Black and white champagne can be 100% single varietal or a blend of two grapes. Black, medium and white are usually richer in aroma and richer in flavor, with a thicker body. Not only can it be used as an aperitif, but it is also very suitable for meals.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of dried apples, pears and nuts, with anise and dried rose adding complexity. This champagne is dry and persistent, with fresh wild berries and hints of citrus.
