Background: The first-pressed juice (cuvées) of Champagne is regarded as the highest quality grape juice. Many winemakers in the Champagne region are convinced that the juice from these grapes is the purest and best quality, so many Champagne houses sold the first-pressed jusice as their flagship edition.

All Lombardi Champagnes are only made with first-pressed juice, and they offer only the very best for Champagne lovers. Hyménée represents the Greek god of marriage, meaning that the two grape varieties of this wine are equal and support each other.


Tasting Notes: Clear, deep, rich and elegant floral aroma, unleashing vanilla, almond, yellow fruit and toasty minerality with delicate fruity notes. Full-bodied and round, with finesse, complex structure and a persistent finish.
