Background：The grape varieties are grown on three main soil types characteristic of the Rasteau appellation: brown limestone, marl, and sandstone. Before alcoholic fermentation, different grape varieties are blended, and the harvested grapes are sorted. Some grapes are peeled, while others are kept whole. The winemaking process respects the characteristics of the grapes, minimizes human intervention, and does not add sulfites. The wine is finally aged in stainless steel tanks. It has an aging potential of 5-7 years.
Tasting Notes：A full-bodied aroma of dried strawberry, cherry, and blackberry, accompanied by delicate rose notes. The tannins are soft and fine, and the finish has a charming spicy aroma. This is a fresh and bright style of Rasteau red wine!
