Background: 2015 was one of the best years for Bordeaux in the last decade, with dry and warm summers and autumns, which brought quite good ripening conditions for the grapes.
The vineyards are located in Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux. The Côtes de Bordeaux AOC (Côtes de Bordeaux AOC), which was established in 2009; was formed by the merger of four smaller appellations, Côtes de Castillon being one of them.
