Background: Exploring the potential of Merlot is one of the ambitions of Picoron, who create and break through the ancient traditions of Bordeaux, and "No Lemon No Melon" is the first Bordeaux liqueur made with carefully selected Merlot , named "Vallons".
They select perfectly ripe and fresh Merlot grapes and press them immediately after harvest, avoiding any skin contact, with minimal human intervention in the process, resulting in a vibrant and vegetarian-friendly wine.
Tasting Notes: Crisp white peach and floral aromas with a hint of sweet cream, clean and refreshing overall, a rather interesting and deep Merlot.
