Winemaking: Classical sparkling method
 
Background: “I Did, Did I?” This naturally sparkling Pét-nat was originally created after a long harvest night. The winery owners Glenda and Frank really enjoyed the scene of the winemaking team getting together to plan and play, so during this process they suddenly decided to release this delicious natural sparkling wine.Made the old fashioned way, the wine is still 100% Merlot and is vegan friendly, the finished product is incredibly fresh and a naturally rosé that is dangerously delicious!

Tasting Notes: The aroma of fresh flowers and summer fruits is combined, and the flavor of red licorice combined with raspberry tart is quite interesting. The elegant minerality and balanced acidity add layers to this wine. It is a natural bubble that can be drunk all year round.
