Background：For over two decades, E. J. McDougall has explored renowned vineyards around the world and learned from leading winemakers, his ultimate goal always being to create a collection of exceptional Australian wines. Eddie firmly believes that Margaret River in Western Australia and McLaren Vale in South Australia are Australia's premier wine-growing regions. Therefore, the EJM series of wines is sourced exclusively from historic vineyards in these regions, some dating back to 1939 and sourced from single vineyards. Eddie is committed to sharing his passion for winemaking with people around the world, hoping that his wines will inspire a respect and admiration for this ancient craft.

Tasting Notes：The heart of the wine offers aromas of crushed nuts, white flowers, green apple, pineapple, and peach and plum. There are also hints of dried herbs, kelp, sage and thyme, which complement the flavor of this wine, and the full acidity runs through the fruit aroma.
