Eddie firmly believes that Margaret River in Western Australia and McLaren Vale in South Australia are Australia's premier wine-growing regions. Therefore, the EJM series of wines is sourced exclusively from historic vineyards in these regions, some dating back to 1939 and sourced from single vineyards. Eddie is committed to sharing his passion for winemaking with people around the world, hoping that his wines will inspire a respect and admiration for this ancient craft.
Tasting Notes：The nose is wild, exuding aromas of wild thyme, crushed stone, and spices. The rich floral notes and full-bodied fruit are perfectly integrated with the wine. This wine has a mellow yet balanced taste, with a hint of wood in the tannins, like sun-warmed cedar, and even a hint of sandalwood, which is delicate and layered.
