Background: Mini Pig is a wine with emotional attachment and meaning to winemaker Eddie, as it was named in honor of his late PoPo. Eddie grew up in Hong Kong when he was a child. He was born in the Lunar Year of the Pig, and PoPo would call him "Piggy" in Cantonese. PoPo is an inspiring hero in Eddie's heart. She is generous and respected, and she is also the best chef in the world in his mind.
Mini Pig loves life; he is considerate, enthusiastic and charming. He enjoys jogging along the beach, sharing his love of rosé wine, and tending his vines in the glistening sunshine.
