Winemaking:30% stainless steel barrel fermentation, 10% skin fermentation for 3 weeks, 60% old wooden barrels.


Background: 30% of the juice is fermented in stainless steel barrels to obtain pure fruit aroma; 10% of the juice is macerated in the skins for three weeks to increase the color of the wine and add a slight spicy tone to increase complexity; the remaining part is left for a longer period of time. Fermented in old oak barrels, it extends the overall taste and enhances the structure of the wine, making it a rich Pinot Grigio.

Tasting Notes:A juicy and full-bodied Pinot Gris with complex aromas of pear, orange blossom, honeysuckle, and ripe stone fruit. An elegant, textured palate adds richness, maintaining perfect balance, and a clean finish with a hint of citrus. Ideal for food, drink now and has six years of aging potential.
