Winemaking:Mixed fermentation in stainless steel barrels and oak barrels.

 

Background: After the grapes are pressed, they are macerated for two hours to obtain a light and clear orange-red wine color. The juice is then cooled for 24 hours before being disgorged. Fermentation is carried out using selected pink yeast strains and maintained at low temperature to retain the delicate fruity and vibrant aroma. Pinot Noir is fermented in oak barrels using wild yeast, which gives the overall structure complexity and improves the quality of the wine.


Tasting Notes:The aroma of fresh strawberries and raspberries slowly emerges from the cup, mixed with rich layers of vanilla, white chocolate, vivid floral aromas and complex mineral notes. It has a delicate taste, elegant structure, and perfect balance and finish.
