Background: The grapes come from the Dakins Road vineyard. The vineyard is located next to the Ruamahanga River, the most important river in the Wallalapa production area. Hand harvested, fermented in a mix of stainless steel and oak barrels, aged in old oak barrels and stirred monthly.
