Background:The Côtes de Bourg, an AOC on the right bank of Bordeaux, is primarily composed of clay and limestone soils, but its composition is so rich that the surrounding area of ​​Pugnac presents a complex terrain of interspersed gravel. Château Colombin's vineyards are located in Pugnac, where the soil is predominantly limestone. The winery is committed to organic farming and biodynamic methods, and all its wines are vegetarian-friendly, upholding an innovative spirit and respect for nature.


Tasting Notes:Aromas of honeyed sweetness with delicate rose and jasmine notes, followed by rich exotic fruit aromas, including apricot, white peach, and lemon. The refreshing acidity is appetizing.
