Background: Brunello di Montalcino is known as one of the greatest red wines in the world. In 1980, it became Italy's first DOCG along with Barolo. It is irreplaceable both in the local Italian and global markets. Located in the elite production area in south-central Tuscany, DOCG regulations stipulate that grapes must be planted on hills with an altitude of no more than 600 meters and sufficient sunshine to ensure that the grapes can reach perfect maturity. However, because hills in different directions have different microclimates, even in small elite production areas, different qualities and styles of Brunello can still be produced. La Gella Brunello blends grapes from the north and south to create a perfectly balanced Brunello.


Tasting Notes:Rich aromas of sweet violets and irises, with rich spices such as tobacco, leather and cinnamon. Harmonious and rich fruity aroma, velvety smooth taste and long aftertaste.
