Winemaking：40% of this wine was fermented in old French barrels, not for the oak, but for the form of the vessel itself. Mouthfeel is gained here by high lees to wine contact and a more efficient natural lees stirring across unhurried wild ferments.
 
Tasting Notes：The entrance is reminiscent of the white Sauvignon of the Loire. Lime, cream, grapefruit and gooseberry flavours bouncing in the mouth, with a hint of smoked green beans. The fresh grassy flavour elicits the elegance and exquisiteness of this wine. Amazing white Sauvignon with good freshness and stone fruit aroma, which will constantly change with storage time.
