Background: Emilia-Romagna is one of the oldest wine-producing regions in Italy. The history of grape cultivation can be traced back to the seventh century BC. In the early centuries, American grape varieties were dominant in the area. Instead of the European grapes that are now widely planted, the representative local variety Lambrusco is the American grape. In addition to wine, Emilia Romana is also a food paradise. From Bolognese pasta, balsamic vinegar, Parma ham, and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, etc., they all come from this production area, rich in food culture. It also contributes to the diversity of local wines.

Tasting Notes:Pleasant fruity aroma, with rich citrus, melon and other aromas, and fresh white flowers slowly waft out. The taste after entry is quite harmonious, with juicy melon fruit aroma exuding, suitable for pairing with refreshing salads or fish dishes.
