Background information: The origin of the wine label of "Ninfa" is a beautiful accident that happened when wine accidentally dripped from the glass onto the tablecloth, and the tablecloth turned into an elegant canvas with an explosive female image and the shocking beauty completes this wine like a work of art.
 
In order to perfectly present the unique characteristics of each variety, the four grape had different time period from harvest to skin maceration then ageing in new barrels after 18-24 months before blend is completed plus 3 months of aging in the new bottle.

Tasting Notes：The deep, dark berries such as blackberries and black cherries, with hints of licorice, black pepper and tobacco. Elegant on the palate and complex and rich in flavour, with soft tannins and a long finish.
