Winemaking：Intensive vineyard maintenance throughout the year, low yields and an uncompromising selection of bunches – by hand – lay the foundation for wines of high quality. In the cellar, the grapes and must are handled very gently. For the most part, the wines ferment in traditional, old oak casks.

Tasting Notes："This is surprisingly the most delicate of all the GGs in the nose, yet simultaneously achieves the highest pinnacle of aromatic sophistication, it evokes emotions that defy words. One can only enjoy in awestruck wonder. There is something profoundly appealing to this wine, something that touches me deeply. For many years now I've been almost fanatical in my praise for this wine, and yet the supernatural heights achieved in this vintage are unlike anything I have experienced before. What excites me perhaps most is its interplay of tension, wild expression and velvety texture, soooooo beautiful and yet still quite tenacious, almost headstrong.
