Cascina Bruni
The Vegilo di Castelletto family was one of the nobles in Italy, but as the war began, they were forced to leave their original residence; in 1821, Giuseppe Luigi Veglio began to fight against Napoleon.
After the war, the whole family went north to Castiglione Falletto in Piemonte, and bought a small farmhouse to live in and bought a vineyard in the neighboring village of Serralunga d'Alba to start the winemaking journey of the Cascina Bruni winery.
The winery has 120 years of history and now has been passed on to the sixth generation Cristiano Maria; it has begun to push the Barolo of Cascina Bruni to the top.
In addition to having an excellent vineyard plot, Cristiano has recruited Dany and Michel Rolland Conseils & Prestations worked as a wine consultant and created a unique Piemonte wine "Sot-Monopole"; brewed using Cabernet Sauvignon, which was transplanted from France.
The wine has a magic soul infusion, and it was amazing as soon as it is released and became a first-class winery that the wine critics can't put down.
