Domaine Delobel
Benjamin and Sandrine met while studying viticulture and oenology. They share a love of exploring the world of wine through travel and learning from winemakers.
Benjamin began managing the winery in Cher in 2006 and acquired the estate in the Touraine Oisly appellation in 2014, where they planted exceptional old vines of Sauvignon Blanc. Sandrine joined the team in 2022, bringing a dual perspective and creating a new harmony.
Château de la Belle currently encompasses 14 hectares, 11 of which are planted with Sauvignon Blanc. The vineyard is certified organic and benefits from the unique terroir of the Touraine appellation. The warm soil and abundant water content perfectly reflect the delicate aromas and refreshing taste of the wines.
Sandrine and Benjamin prioritize the balance between the vines and nature, believing that the more nature is restricted, the less it expresses itself. Therefore, their mission is to observe, understand, support, and accompany nature.
