CØLIBRÍ wines are produced on the family estate, located in Friuli Venezia Giulia, one of the best wine regions in Italy. With 100% in-house production, from harvesting to winemaking to dealcoholization, we have full control over the quality of the raw materials and the winemaking process. All CØLIBRÍ wines are made with certified organic grapes from our own vineyards, we do not purchase grapes nor buy bulk wine.
The winery is certified by BIODIVERSITY FRIEND® and Certifierad SQNPI and follows sustainable viticultural practices to give you the most satisfaction and the best results. This allows the winery to maintain and express in the wines the natural characteristics of the grape varieties and the production geography.
All our wines are naturally fermented in stainless steel tanks, then the alcohol is removed through a gentle dealcoholization technique, which does not alter the quality of the wine and preserves its original color, structure and aroma. Therefore, there is no need to add any artificial colors or flavors to the wines. The winemaking team at Laia Winery has many years of experience in the dealcoholization process and is committed to continuously improving the quality of our wines through innovative ideas and ongoing research.
